Derivado de la preparación y llenado del dictamen fiscal del ejercicio 2008 han surgido diversas dudas sobre el sipred, es por eso que la vicepresidencia de fiscal del IMCP a través de la Comisión Representativa ante las Administraciones Generales de Fiscalización del SAT (AGAFF) envió al C.P. Armando Moscú Galicia, Administrador de Normatividad de Auditoria Fiscal Federal del SAT, un documento que integra las dudas y planteamientos recibidos.
